Cllr Peter Bradbury

Peter was born in Cardiff in 1981, lives in Caerau with his wife and son and was first elected to the City Council in 2012 to represent the Caerau ward. His current position is Cabinet Member for Community Development, Co-Operatives and Social Enterprise.
Peter grew up in Ely and graduated from Glamorgan University in Media Studies and Sociology. After working for HBO’s as a mortgage underwriter in Cardiff, he has worked for Kevin Brennan MP for Cardiff West since 2008 supporting him in communications, media and research. Peter has led Kevin Brennan’s election campaigns since 2005 and is an active member of the Labour Party.

Peter has keen interests in current affairs, travelling, reading, writing and is a keen sports fan, supporting Cardiff City and both national sides in rugby and football. He is also a Member of Glamorgan County Cricket Club. Peter has travelled extensively, visiting countries across Europe and the United States of America.
